What is the difference between WMB and TPW?+
WMB is a pelletized white masterbatch with a polymer carrier for plastics. TPW is a hybrid powder pigment for paints and coatings. Choose the family that matches your formulation and process.
How do Premium and Economic WMB grades differ?+
Both tiers offer multiple pigment loadings. Premium grades generally have a bluish undertone; Economic grades use neutral or milky undertones. Review each grade and run trials to confirm your optical and cost targets.
Does every WMB grade use rutile TiO₂+
Most do. WMB-EVA7025A uses 70% anatase titanium dioxide. The EVA7025P and EVA7025E grades use rutile titanium dioxide.
Can TPW directly replace all of my existing TiO₂+
A universal replacement level is not specified. Evaluate opacity, gloss, dispersion and durability in your coating formulation before choosing a replacement ratio.
