50% rutile titanium dioxide in a LLDPE carrier for film extrusion, sheet and molded plastic applications, with a milky white undertone.
WMB-PET-F50
WMB-PET-F50 is a 50% titanium dioxide fibre-grade white masterbatch in PET and r-PET carriers for direct melt spinning. It provides a starting point for delustering PET filament, POY, DTY, FDY and staple fibre, as well as bottle-flake repelletising. Assess filter-pressure behaviour, colour, intrinsic viscosity, dosage and final fibre appearance on your own spinning line. Typical addition levels are 0.6% for semi-dull fibre and 4% for full-dull fibre; confirm the final dosage through trials against your yarn type and target lustre.

Typical values are a starting point for grade selection, not batch specifications. Confirm fibre appearance, filter-pressure behaviour and spinning stability on your own line.
Dosage depends on yarn type, target lustre and customer standard. Validate final titanium dioxide level and addition rate through a line trial.
